Shari Glazer, who sued altcoin Aptos Lab CEO Mo Shaikh and claimed she was deprived of her equity stake in the new firm, says the case is now settled.

Glazer Says Altcoin Case With Aptos Labs Has Been Solved

“I am happy to have resolved this issue and am pleased to dedicate my time to new web3 projects and philanthropic efforts going forward,” Glazer said in a statement. He is both an entrepreneur and CEO of Kalos Labs, a web3 company.

Glazer’s statement came nearly two months after a judge denied Shaikh’s request to drop the case.

But in October, the court denied four legal claims, including fraud, while allowing the case to continue on the basis of breach of agreement, unjust enrichment, or determining whether Glazer was entitled to a 50% stake in Matonee, also known as Aptos Labs.

Glazer claimed that Shaikh had initiated a “fraudulent scheme” to deprive him of his rightful share of the partnership in Aptos as a potential early-stage investor.

Former Meta employees founded Aptos with the goal of building a scalable Layer 1 Blockchain that can serve billions of people.

“Shari Glazer’s allegations are full of factual inaccuracies and misrepresentations that seek to credit the work of others,” Shaikh said around the time Glazer’s lawsuit was filed.

Aptos (APT), in its recent statement, named Petra, developed by Aptos Labs. cryptocurrency through his wallet, he said that he was collaborating with the web3 fintech giant company MoonPay.
