New $50M Fund From Polygon Founder

Sandep Nailwal, co-founder of Polygon, received $50 million in funding for his new investment firm.

Symbolic Capital was founded in May of this year by Sandeep Nailwal and Kenzi Wang, founder of Cere Network.

The main purpose of the fund is to Investing in leading Web3 apps will do. It is stated that among the names that have invested in Symbolic Capital are crypto money protocols, exchanges, audit firms and some institutional institutions such as family office.

Sandeep Nailwal, the founder of Polygon, said the following about their new investment firm:

“We are specifically focusing on supporting (enterprise) owners in emerging markets that traditional investors ignore. When we founded Polygon in India, we had a hard time finding investors who believed in our vision. At Symbolic, our goal is to empower the founders that the traditional venture capital industry ignores.”

Founded just a few months ago, Symbolic Capital has already invested in companies like Blinkmoon, Planet Mojo, and Arcana.
