Entrance exam will be held for assistant specialist
In the 34-item regulation, it was announced that an entrance exam would be held for assistant specialists. According to this, candidates who have equal scores with the last candidate as a result of the ranking, starting from the candidate with the highest KPSS score, will also be invited to the entrance exams to be held in written, oral or only oral.
Candidates up to four times the number of positions stated in the entrance exam announcement, starting with the highest score, not less than seventy points, will be called for the oral exam.
The conditions for applying for the entrance exam are as follows:
- To carry the general conditions specified in Article 48 of the Law No. 657 dated 14/7/1965,
- At least four years of undergraduate education; Law, political sciences, economics and administrative sciences, business and economics faculties, engineering faculties, aviation and space sciences undergraduate departments, astronomy and space sciences, space sciences and technology, mathematics, statistics, physics, chemistry, biology, molecular biology and genetics To graduate from departments or from education institutions in the country or abroad whose equivalence is accepted by the Council of Higher Education,
- Not to be 35 years old as of the first day of January of the year in which the entrance exam is held,
- To have received the minimum score from the score types specified in the entrance exam announcement from the KPSS, whose validity period has not expired as of the application deadline,
- If deemed necessary by the Presidency, to have at least (C) level from YDS, at the level specified in the entrance exam announcement, or to have an internationally valid document whose equivalence is accepted by OSYM in terms of language proficiency.
Duties and powers of assistant experts;
- To assist the specialist accompanying him in performing the duties included in the job description.
- To carry out other duties of a similar nature to be assigned by the head of the department or the expert to whom he is assigned.
Duties and powers of experts;
- Depending on the head of the department in the service unit where the experts are assigned;
- To fulfill the duties assigned by the head of the department related to the task area of the unit,
- To make suggestions by conducting all kinds of research and examinations for the purpose of determining the policy, strategy and targets, developing the legislation, detecting the problems in implementation and similar purposes regarding the duty area of the Presidency,
- To carry out studies to increase efficiency, productivity and performance in the Presidency services, to ensure norm unity and standard, to work together to determine general application principles and to ensure coordination between units,
- To compile and evaluate all kinds of information and data related to the subject he is in charge of,
- To bring and develop project proposals on the subjects falling within the scope of duty of the Presidency,
- Giving trainings within the Presidency or other institutions on the subjects they are assigned,
- To follow national or international commissions, courses, seminars, meetings and studies related to his field of duty,
- Establishing the liaison between the Presidency and other public institutions and organizations on the subjects in which he is in charge,
- Contributing to the development of the knowledge and experience of the assistant specialists accompanying him,
- To carry out research, analysis, inspection, audit, examination and investigation, among other duties, provided that it is stipulated in the Presidential decrees regarding the organization,
- It is responsible for performing other duties of a similar nature assigned by the head of the department.
Responsibilities of experts and assistant experts;
- Experts and assistant experts are responsible to their immediate superiors for the execution of the assigned tasks in accordance with the legislation, plans and programs.
- Specialists attach special importance to the best training of assistant specialists accompanying them, and for this purpose, they oversee the training of assistant specialists in accordance with the requirements of their profession and service.
