Accordingly, it was stated that structural reforms will continue and be expanded in the coming years. Regulations will be made on many issues, from vehicle purchase to social facilities.
Minister Şimşek said that there were restrictions on vehicle purchases. Accordingly, the purchase of new vehicles in public institutions and organizations has been stopped for 3 years, except for activities such as ambulance, defense and security. The purchase of foreign vehicles is banned indefinitely. The sale of existing vehicles that are considered surplus will also begin.

In addition, regulations were made in construction and building purchases for public institutions. It was noted that new building purchases and construction were suspended for 3 years, and new building rentals were suspended indefinitely. Likewise, it was stated that the construction, purchase and rental of social facilities were cancelled.
There will be changes in personnel policies within the scope of the Savings and Efficiency Package in the Public Sector. Accordingly, only the number of retired personnel will be recruited for 3 years. It was reported that public employees will now receive salaries from a single institution and an upper salary limit will be imposed on board members.
