For those who like to run all kinds of sounds in the background, Xiaomi offers this with the MIUI 12 version. If you have a device using this version, you can continue to run applications such as YouTube in the background.
To enable Background sound:
Settings > Special Features > Video > Enable app play in background

Virtual Identity

For this reason, the Virtual ID feature on Xiaomi phones allows you to create a temporary identity to be used for website or application registration. In this way, by creating a temporary identity, it allows you to “hide” yourself legally on applications and sites.
The feature is only available on devices that support MIUI 12 and above.
Settings > Privacy Protection > Special Permissions > Manage View ID. Then set up your virtual identity. Beyond that, remember that your virtual identity is not valid forever. This ID can be disabled or turned back on when you need it, with the adjustment button in the settings.

While this may not seem like a big feature, having a built-in app saves time as we have to constantly scan documents and QR codes.
With this feature, you no longer need to download other third-party apps to scan your documents or QR Codes. All you need is to make sure your camera is working and your documents and codes are clearly visible.
