Fierce competition in the last two episodes of “LOL: Last One Laughing”!

Laughing and even smiling are forbidden on this show – at the slightest twitch of the corner of the mouth, master of ceremonies Bully Herbig (53) hits his buzzer.
For the remaining candidates Max Giermann (45), Anke Engelke (55), Bastian Pastewka (49) and Tahnee (29), it was still a matter of staying serious. The last few hours were a real ordeal for them. Jokes followed en masse.

Anke Engelke was actually considered a favorite and still had both of her lives. But after she had to giggle at her own game and then shortly afterwards threw a pen at Pastewka’s head and laughed again, the “LOL” excursion was over for her too. Laughter controller Bully Herbig could hardly believe it: “What are you doing?”. Anke was annoyed: “I didn’t know that I would meet him! How stupid, how stupid! “

But maybe she would not have survived the next performances without a laugh: Bastian Pastewka appeared in a dirndl and smacked flowers in his hair: “Oh God, how it hurts to part, what must my heart suffer?” Jesus Maria, that was brutal! “
Then Max Giermann came on stage disguised as a tree and opened: “My name is Ahorn and I’m looking for my tree woman this way. My hobbies are casting shadows and branch trology. “
But the candidates remained serious. Giermann already lost hope: “I fight like stupid. Basti is freezing. I’m sure he’ll win. “

So he had to go a step further – and opted for an absolute guarantee of laughter: his parody of Klaus Kinski († 65). In anger, Max Giermann roared the folk song as a Kinski blend: “There’s a hole in the bucket”.
While Bastian sat there with wide eyes, this performance was fatal for Tahnee. Her dams broke, she screeched with laughter. Nevertheless, she saw her expulsion as an honor: “Like a lion that just kills a wildebeest. To be taken out by him is probably the most honorable thing ever! “

So only two masters of not laughing, Bastian Pastewka and Max Giermann, fought for the “LOL” crown. A reason for Bully Herbig to bring out very heavy guns. He sent the already retired comedians Anke Engelke and Klaas Heufer-Umlauf (38) back as pantomimes. They portrayed a drunk couple who found themselves in the wrong apartment.

A torture that Bastian Pastewka did not survive – after a giggle he was eliminated and made Max Giermann the winner of this season of “LOL-Last One Laughing”.
Giermann did not burst out laughing, however, but even had tears in his eyes from being touched: “It’s just great to be with you here.”
Giermann donates the profit of 50,000 euros to the “Refugees Foundation”, an aid organization in Cologne that supports refugees.
