Hamburg – In the remand prison on Holstenglacis there is said to be a group among the staff that has not yet been vaccinated against corona.
That is their right, but those concerned do not want to be tested either – and that’s where the trouble starts!
“There are a lot of them, and they want it,” says one of the vaccinated officers, shaking his head.
As a result, on September 27th, the trial day of a large criminal chamber at the regional court fell through.
“I only negotiate on 3G terms,” said the presiding judge. “That means that only those who have been vaccinated, those who have recovered or who have been tested come into the hall.”

The officer who brought a defendant out of custody had told her not to have been vaccinated. He refused a test.
His section head told the judge that there was no other officer to attend her trial.
How should this continue?
Dennis Sulzmann, spokesman for the judicial authority, makes it clear: “Anyone who has not yet been vaccinated must be tested!” The incident was an individual case that was resolved on the same day. “
The vast majority of prison staff has been vaccinated, and the exact vaccination rate is currently being collected.
