On Thursday the Munich District Court sentenced Jérôme Boateng (33), inter alia. for bodily harm to his former girlfriend, a fine of 1.8 million euros (60 daily rates times 30,000 euros). But: The public prosecutor’s office had asked for a year and a half on probation – and is now considering an appeal.
