It will make a difference with the superior capabilities of the National Combat Aircraft KAAN

The National Combat Aircraft is produced from composite materials that have the ability to dampen radar waves. The national warplane, whose cockpit is designed for one person; It will have twin engines, low visibility against radar, in-hull weapon carrying capability, advanced flight and shooting systems, dual-function radar and electronic warfare capability.

The National Combat Aircraft draws attention with its double tail, twin engines and angular structure. It has a length of 21 meters, a height of 6 meters and a wingspan of 14 meters. The aircraft will be able to reach an altitude of 55 thousand feet and fly 1.8 times faster than sound. On the other hand, it is planned to place a radar produced by ASELSAN in the nose.

ASELSAN is also developing the electronic warfare system and electro-optical 360-degree surveillance system to be used in national combat aircraft. In order to strengthen the aircraft’s radar invisibility feature, sections that allow weapons to be carried within the fuselage were also considered. The national warplane will be able to carry eight medium and long-range missiles, four inside the fuselage and four on the sides of the fuselage.
