Intel aims to continue its rise in the 12th generation Alder Lake family with the 13th generation Raptor Lake series. As a matter of fact, the Core i7-13700K performance test results that came out today revealed that it made a big difference not only to Apple and AMD, but also to its predecessors.

Some test results that emerged last week revealed the potential of Intel’s new Raptor Lake series. Here, the difference between the new i9-13900K (engineering example) and the i9-12900K and i9-12900KF is striking. According to the tests, there is an improvement of up to 38 percent on average. Of course, it should be noted that this power increase is due to the performance cores. Otherwise, the difference drops to 2%.
After the Core i9-13900K, the Geekbench 5 performance test results of the Core i5-13600K appeared yesterday. Here, Intel’s top model of the mid-range chip showed that it was far ahead of AMD Ryzen 9 5950X and Apple M1 Max processors. The chip, which has 14 cores and 20 threads, scored 2012 in a single core and 16 thousand 54 in a multi-core. This means a 15+ percent difference compared to the M1 Max.

Today, some shares have emerged about Intel’s Core i7-13700K processor. According to test results, it is 20 percent faster than the Core i9-12900K. It is 40 percent faster than its predecessor, the Core i7-12700K. It’s a 84 percent faster chip than its AMD rival, the Ryzen 7 5800X.
Of course, when AMD’s 7th generation chips come, it would be much more logical to make a comparison. However, the Core i7-13700K, which is a suitable processor for entry into high-end performance, manages to compete with both its predecessors and the best chips of last year.
