Updates released by Meta for Instagram include editing messages up to 15 minutes after sending, pinning up to three conversations to the top of the inbox, and changing read receipts on a per-chat basis.
Thanks to the Instagram DM editing feature, you will have more control over the messages you send incorrectly or want to change. You can update the message by clicking on it up to 15 minutes after sending it. However, we should also note that there will be a phrase “edited” next to the message.
