Today, a new statement was made by Instagram about shopping via DM. Accordingly, it will now be possible to order the products displayed on the pages on the platform via credit card by getting detailed information from the messaging section.
Many businesses already contact their customers via DM. However, when the customer wanted to buy the product, the seller either directed him to his own site or gave a link to platforms such as Hepsiburada and Trendyol where he was selling.

Facebook has introduced its new feature to users. Facebook users can now use multiple accounts.
After the new update, as you can see from the image above, the application will allow you to order directly with a credit card. Of course, the pages that accept payments here will only consist of merchants who have created a business account and are approved by the platform.
Of course, when the sales are made within the platform, that is, via DM, services such as returns, exchanges and cargo tracking will also be provided from here. Similarly, all customer service steps will be carried out via DM.
