Insider Receives A New $105M Investment

Offering artificial intelligence-supported marketing services to world giant brands, Insider managed to receive an investment of 105 million dollars in its last investment round.

The Turkish company Insider, which provides artificial intelligence-supported marketing services to companies in the international arena, managed to join Turkey’s “unicorn” companies last year. The company came up with another big investment news today.

Founded in 2012, Insider, QIA and Esas Holding received an investment of 105 million dollars announced. In addition, the company’s value, which reached 1 billion dollars just last year, approaching $2 billion shared.

Insider CEO and Co-Founder Hande Çilingir explained where the investment will be used:

“At Insider, we have successfully achieved “hyper growth” through organic means so far. Now we want to achieve unparalleled levels of growth with a strategy focused on mergers and acquisitions.

This investment to acquire exceptional product companies to further complement our technology and create product synergies will be used specifically.

Apart from our $121 million Series D investment in 2022, which supports our capital reserves for operational spending in the coming years, this latest round will serve to accelerate inorganic growth, particularly through M&A.”

Insider also made its first purchase earlier this year:

The Turkish company, which managed to become one of the world’s giants, received approval from Meta at the beginning of this year. MindBehind had bought. The purpose of the purchase was shared as the acceleration of speech solutions development. MindBehind serves as a Conversational Trading and Messaging Platform.
