“We are currently working with several countries to create bilateral platforms to avoid using the dollar and euro.

We offer mutually acceptable tokenized instruments mainly through exchange platforms that we are currently developing with these countries.

Stablecoins can be pegged to some generally recognized instruments, such as gold, whose value is clear and observable to all participants.”

The announcement came after the Central Bank of Russia and the Russian government agreed on cryptocurrencies.
