The women at the top of German companies are international, highly educated, and team-oriented.

  • The Dax has never been so feminine as it was this year. A total of 59 women hold executive positions in Germany’s largest companies.
  • They work in the areas of transformation, digitization, IT, technology, finance or innovation and bring more diversity to the boards. Above all, the culture of discussion in the board meetings and thus also the basis for decision-making in German corporations is changing.
