Climate change is destroying more and more people’s living space – meanwhile, the traffic light is failing due to its climate policy.
- The traffic light is currently hardly able to take voters with it on the way to climate neutrality. Technical errors in the legislative proposals and clumsy communication contribute to the division of society.
- This is also reflected in current polls: the AfD is at a record high, the right fringe is growing stronger and the political center is weakening.

Bernd Evers has lived in the small Brandenburg town of Angermünde, about an hour outside of Berlin, since 2006. Politically, he does not position himself on the fringes, nor is he particularly politically active. But the new heating law has changed that.
