Anyone who is annoyed that the annual meeting did not go as planned now has the chance to make adjustments. But what can and should you weigh in such a renegotiation?
The Handelsblatt asked two experts this question: Norman Mauer from the Indeed job exchange advises companies on attracting and retaining talent – so he knows both the employer and the employee perspective. Vanessa Sproedt-Graef is Managing Director of the Mitte office at Robert Half.
