How sick is Vladimir Putin?

In modern company management, old patterns have had their day. Machos, patriarchs and autocrats are increasingly being sorted out. At the same time, we are witnessing an ominous renaissance of toxic masculinity in world politics.

It is not just Vladimir Putin who is responsible for war crimes committed by his army in Ukraine through his war of aggression. The Lukashenkos, Trumps, Bolsonaros, Kims and Erdogans also build their power on an image of men as tough guys, which we in Germany widely reject.

However, the mobilization of the masculinity cult only works if the autocrat radiates health and fitness at the same time. Anyone who governs with manipulation, unscrupulousness and the willingness to sacrifice people must not show any weaknesses in health themselves.
