On Wednesday evening, Lauterbach explained in the ZDF program “Markus Lanz” that the Biontech vaccine was already in short supply: “We can deliver 1.2 million doses of Biontech for all of Germany in the next week, and 800,000 doses the following week then another 1.2 million cans, ”said the SPD politician. “But that is much less than what the doctors call up every week.”
