Announced by Hisense as the world’s first 4K resolution multi-color projector, the device draws attention with its color gamut reaching 202 percent in BT.709 color space and brightness reaching 1350 ANSI lumens. Color accuracy is at △ E≈0.9 when considering 10-bit color depth.

Hisense Vidda C1 features and price

Vidda C1, which can reach 240 Hz refresh rate, has HDR 10+ and MEMC support. Powered by the MediaTek MT9669 processor, the device comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

The projector, which analyzes the environmental conditions thanks to its CMOS and ToF sensors, constantly calibrates the settings to provide the best experience. For example, it can be automatically calibrated for focus, tilt alignment, screen size and even orientation depending on the surrounding situation.

It is stated that the recommended projection size is between 80 and 150 inches. It will be very enjoyable to watch something or play a game on a .150 inch screen. While the 12ms latency seems a bit insufficient, it’s adequate considering the screen size.
