And yet in some conversations there are aha moments or concise candidate answers, after which the recruiting team knows: We should hire this person. But: Which answers can specifically impress and convince HR managers?

Recruiters from companies such as Google, Microsoft and SAP have revealed their key phrases from real job interviews to the Handelsblatt. And HR managers from smaller companies also report on their positive interview moments.
