London – What a monstrous reception!
This year alone, the monster Nessie from the Scottish lake Loch Ness has been sighted 14 times around the world. Now the legendary animal is said to have been filmed by a webcam even in China. Well, did Nessi move secretly?
According to the British “Sun”, Weiming Jiang claims to have sighted the sea monster in China, which is more than 8,000 kilometers away. The Chinese is said to have even recorded Nessie with a web camera. Gary Campbell from the monster’s central sighting register to the “Sun”: “She saw a black point. Then two close to the bank who moved on the water for six minutes. ”
It is the first recognized sighting of the animal in China, because it was not seen there for the first time. Campbell continues: “You can see that, you can see Nessie from anywhere.”
Actually, the legendary monster is supposed to live in the 36 kilometer long and 130 meter deep lake Loch Ness in Scotland and belong to the genus of the plesiosaurs. First reports about Nessie date back to the 7th century, there are now 1143 documented sightings.
What’s more, the Scots passed a law in 1934 that placed the Loch Ness monster under conservation if it really existed.
