It’s getting colder outside – and heating costs are rising. Many people are therefore looking for an alternative to be able to heat without using fossil fuels. The number of heat pumps that are installed in Germany every year has risen continuously in recent years. And especially in the current situation, many property owners are thinking about purchasing such a pump.
In order to clarify the most important questions about heat pumps, we spoke to three experts for our video format Handelsblatt Live Plus this week: Alexander Schuh, Head of Association Management at heat pump manufacturer Vaillant, Natalie Eßig, an expert at Munich University of Applied Sciences in the field of building climate, and Ramona Mittag , energy expert at the consumer advice center in North Rhine-Westphalia.
