The name NFT, or with its full expansion “non-fungible token”, has been coming up frequently lately. NFTs, with which the economy and art world have become very familiar, continue to be included in the fresh news flow on the agenda.
While millions of dollars are paid for some works, many famous names add wealth to their wealth with NFT sales. As such, news about NFTs continues to be popular. One of the most striking news on the subject is undoubtedly an NFT series consisting of three photos of US President Donald Trump. Creatd Inc. shares doubled to $8.34 in premarket transactions after the company’s OG Gallery division announced it was releasing NFT art.
The company said the photos were first revealed by Creatd founder and co-Chief Executive Officer Jeremy Frommer in a collection purchased from creditors of General Media CEO Bob Guccione. The asking price for Trump photo NFT was stated to be 240 Ethereum, or about $990,000 at current Ethereum rates.
In a statement from the company, it was stated that the buyer will receive the original high-resolution JPG of the photo, as well as a large-scale 1/1 print of the photo in a gilded frame, all of which will be verified by the OG Collection curation team.
