The 10-ton utility helicopter T-925, which was exhibited at the Paris Air Show, is actually still under development. The project is a general purpose helicopter that can carry 20 or more crew members. What is meant by the general purpose expression here is to be ready by integrating the necessary equipment for all mission conditions.
Temel Kotil stated in a television broadcast he attended that the T-925 utility helicopter was actually a sister to the T-929 ATAK II. So two different helicopters with the same infrastructure. This is actually a very natural situation, because the “general purpose” expression for the T-925 actually covers this situation. The T-925 is expected to make its first flight in 2024.
