UÇAKSAN A.Ş., an aviation company based in Bursa, started the project in 2021. The first information began to come from the regional passenger aircraft project, which was initiated specifically to meet the need for regional passenger aircraft at that time. The aircraft, whose design details have been announced, will be used especially on domestic flights once it goes into production.
Looking at the first design images shared, we are greeted by an aircraft that resembles cargo and especially search and rescue aircraft. This design comes to the mind of experts: “Can it be used for multi-purpose purposes?” brought the question. Based on the design details, the aircraft has a propeller-driven turbojet, or turboprop engine, which is also used in the Airbus A400M aircraft.
It is stated that the aircraft has a passenger capacity of 19 people, has a wingspan of 15.33 meters, a height of 4.58 meters and a wing area of 25 square meters. According to the information collected, the maximum speed of the aircraft is limited to 480 kilometers, while the cruising speed is 420 kilometers.
