It is mainly shaky mobile phone videos that document the horrors of war in Ukraine. The tweet showing the video is dated February 28, the fifth day of Russia’s attack on Ukraine. News agencies reported on Tuesday morning that at least 11 people were killed and dozens injured in rocket attacks by Russian forces on residential areas of the city, and 87 houses were destroyed.

“Kharkiv is a peaceful city, there are peaceful residential areas, no military installations,” said President Volodymyr Zelensky in a speech Monday night. Dozens of eyewitness reports would prove that it was about the deliberate killing of people. “The Russians knew where they were shooting,” says Zelensky. “There will definitely be an international tribunal for this crime.”
