AN estate agent has offered a glimpse inside the ‘most expensive hotel suite in the world’ – and the unique art installations alone are worth over £30.4m.
Estate agent Enes Yilmazer toured the Empathy Suite in the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, where the room rate is £58.4k a night – and a two night minimum stay is required.
The one-of-a-kind hotel space designed by renowned artist Damien Hirst spans over a whopping 9,000 square feet and two storeys.
The suite comes complete with two king bedrooms, a private pool and terrace, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip.
In the clip, which was posted to YouTube (@Enes Yilmaz), Enes begins with the main seating area, which features floors paved with Venus grey marble.
“This has to be the longest couch we’ve ever seen,” he says.
“It starts right there, wraps around the column, and goes all the way to that side…
He continues: “And then you have some ottomans, coffee tables, and a double sided TV, which is an art piece on its own…

“I feel like you can easily entertain 40 to 50 people just in this space alone.
“This is a perfect event space or party location…it has amazing views of the strip.”
Enes then goes on to show how the doors open up to a private balcony with a custom butterfly-motif mosaic tiled cantilevered pool.
“This has to be the coolest feature of this penthouse,” he says.
“You get unbelievable views.
“Right in the centre you have your own pool, and this pool cantilevers over – so you’re suspended up in the air looking at the strip.”
Back inside, the estate agent heads to the bar area, which he notes feels like the “heart” of the penthouse.
” You can actually see the two bedroom suites on the second floor from here as well,” he says.
“There are really cool art pieces above us…and then you have your bar stools, which can seat 13 people.
“And the bar design here is really interesting….we have gloves, syringes, scissors, and a bunch of medical waste….it’s almost a controversial piece by Damien Hirst.”
Enes points out that the luxurious penthouse not only comes with a 24-hour butler, but also has its very own games room – complete with pool table, football table and two “really cool art pieces.”
As if that’s not enough, it also features a private cinema, salt healing room, a fitness room and two massage rooms.
Next, the estate agent makes his way to the VIP bedroom suite, which has a king-size bed, mood lighting, bedside tables and TV right in the centre.
“It’s also double sided, because on the other side, we have a nice, cosy seating area,” he explains.
“The views are fantastic…and from your bedroom suite, you can look down on your pool area, or you can look down to your bar, because the entire wall is all glass.”
The video has since racked up a whopping 924k views – but despite the hefty price tag, not everyone is a fan.
“This suite is a perfect example that more expensive does not mean better looking,” wrote one.
A second penned: “The artwork is nauseating and sinister and the rest of this overpriced monstrosity is as gaudy and tasteless as we would expect from Vegas.”
A third agreed: “I couldn’t design an uglier hotel room if I tried. They would have done better to fill the place with Ikea furniture.”
Meanwhile, a fourth wrote: “If I had £58.4k, this is the last place I’d spend it. Just awful.”
And another added: “That’s not a hotel room, it’s a bad nightmare.”
