Doctor Who star Sacha Dhawan reveals his hopes to return as The Master in a future season. Dhawan made his debut as the villainous Time Lord renegade and one-time friend of the Doctor in 2020's season 12 episode, "Spyfall Part 1," revealing his identity to Jodie Whittaker's Thirteenth Doctor in a tense stand-off on a plane. The actor would return in the following season 12 finale, "Ascension of the Cybermen/The Timeless Children," and in Whittaker's final story, "The Power of the Doctor," in 2022.
