Dax reaches a new high for the year – investors tick off the interest rate issue

Dusseldorf On the German stock market, the leading index reached a new high for the year at 15,707 points. The Dax is currently up 0.8 percent and is trading at 15,700 points.

With the new high, the Dax has taken another important step towards the round mark of 16,000 points and the record high of 16,290 points.

For comparison: On March 24, sales were significantly higher at 181 million papers.

The reason price volatility may be higher is simple: in a market with less trading volume, it takes significantly fewer buyers to drive the market higher.
