Dusseldorf On the German stock market, the focus is once again on the high for the year. The Dax climbed 0.5 percent in the morning and traded at 15,582 points.

With today’s daily high in the form of 15,634 points, the highest level in this still young stock market year is only 25 points away. However, it would be a surprise if the leading index were to break the 15,658 point mark.

The yield on a ten-year Bund has also climbed more than 18 percent since February 2 and currently stands at 2.461 percent. The yields on US government bonds show a similar picture, with the ten-year bond now trading at over 3.82 percent.
