Dusseldorf The German stock market is benefiting from the ongoing rally on Wall Street. There is also positive news from the real estate market and in terms of inflation. That is why the Dax climbed by 0.7 percent to 16,240 points in the first hour of trading, but then gave up the gains again and is currently trading at 16,110 points, a minus of 0.1 percent.
With this increase at the start of trading, the stock market barometer has reached a new July high. From a technical point of view, this clears the way towards a record high of 16,427 points.
This means that the leading index has stayed above the 16,000 mark for the fifth day in a row. It has been the fourth “excursion” over this round mark for three months, and it is becoming increasingly concrete.
