According to a tweet shared by Sendi Young, head of RippleNet Europe, RippleNet continues to expand with the arrival of the UK and Europe, a Brazil-based Fintech company that handles cross-border payments powered by Ripple and Modulr. On the Fintech Finance news site, to the report Remessa Online, a Brazilian Fintech company, has chosen Ripple’s partner Modulr to accelerate cross-border payments in the UK and Europe.

Modulr has also recently launched its real-time Euro payment service, which is based on the real-time all-European SEPA Instant Search mechanism, giving European businesses significant competitive advantages.
Blockchain and crypto giant Ripple announced in February its partnership with British firm Modulr to provide โseamlessโ payments from the rest of the world to the UK and Europe.
Speaking about the company’s growth on CNBC’s Squawk Box, Sendi Young explained that the last 18 months have been the strongest for the company, despite the ongoing SEC litigation.

Unlike the SEC, Ripple defendants have to participate in the Daubert challenge. amicus submitted their response to the request.
Although still under seal, Ripple has submitted a document requesting that its full response be made public. Documents submitted by the SEC and Ripple defendants will be kept confidential until District Judge Torres decides what should be made public and what should not.
In May, CryptoLaw founder John Deaton pleaded with the court in a Daubert challenge regarding the opinion of expert SEC witness Patrick Doody, who claimed he knew what motivated XRP holders to purchase the asset. amicus briefing(a legal document submitted to a court containing advice or information on a case from a person or entity not directly involved in the case).
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission later reported to the court its objection to the amicus claim clearance requested by XRP holders.
