SEC Out of court after filing a lawsuit against Binance and CZ Binance USHe had requested the temporary freeze of his assets.
The request came after the SEC sued Binance and its founder CZ on Monday, accusing it of violating US federal securities laws and diverting client funds for personal use.

Yesterday evening, Binance CEO CZ responded to this request from the SEC as follows:
“The SEC has requested the freezing of Binance’s assets in the United States, and if the Court approves this request, this decision will only affect Binance US, not Binance. The funds are safe.”
