With a seven-day incidence of just under 250, Germany overtook its record high from the previous day. There were particularly many new infections in Bavaria – Germany’s current Corona hotspot is also located there. Rottall-Inn has an incidence of over 1100. 13 other districts are now above the 800 mark.

15. Bautzen (Saxony) – 792 (new in the ranking)

Ludwigslust-Parchim in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania has a seven-day incidence of 0 – but due to a hacker attack last Sunday. This is also causing restrictions in data transmission today, as the district announces on its homepage. As a result, the district cannot pass on current figures to the RKI. The latest available value from last Friday is 100.5.

The Aurich district in Lower Saxony has the lowest incidence at 31 (previous day: 40).

The data for all districts can be found – also as a sortable table – at the top of this page in our corona data dashboard.
