Dusseldorf The crisis on Germany’s construction sites is becoming ever clearer: companies are losing orders – especially in residential construction. In March 2023, the Federal Statistical Office registered a decline of more than a third compared to the same month last year. Projects are being delayed across the real estate industry. In addition, fewer areas are planned.
