With the regulation published in the Official Gazette today, the license requirement for opening a business (including electric charging station) has been extended for the third time. The relevant decision also covers playgrounds, entertainment, water, sports and adventure parks, cable cars and workplaces where second-hand motor land vehicles are traded, motor land vehicle rental businesses and appraisal places that conduct all kinds of motor vehicle tests and inspections.
With this regulation, the period given for harmonization and which has already been extended 2 times has been postponed once more.
