Tesla shared new details about the future of the brand at its investors day event held on March 1. The company’s new Gigafactory to be established in Mexico and the new affordable vehicle architecture, as well as the new subscription system for electric cars, were announced during the event.

One of the highlights during the event was the new charging subscription for electric cars. Accordingly, Tesla customers in Texas will be able to optionally recharge their cars at home by paying a monthly subscription fee of $30 from July 2023.
According to this subscription system, vehicle owners will be able to charge their vehicles unlimitedly during the night. The reason why the charging system is active in the evening is because of the many wind farms in the state.
