Susan G. Komen foundation, one of the world’s leading breast cancer foundations, announced that they will accept crypto money payments in the face of the increasing popularity of cryptocurrencies.
In a statement on Twitter, the foundation stated that they are collaborating with crypto donation acceptance platform The Giving Block in accepting cryptocurrencies.

The Susan G.Komen Foundation said that apart from the two largest cryptocurrencies Bitcoin and Ethereum, donations will be accepted with the meme tokens Shiba Inu and Dogecoin that marked 2021.
Apart from SHIB and DOGE, another meme token Dogelon Mars (ELON), Gala (GALA), Orchid (OKT), Civic (CVC) and Audius (SES) will also be accepted.
The foundation is named after model Susan Goodman Komen, who was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 33 and passed away three years later. Her younger sister, Nancy Brinker, founded the foundation in 1980, after her older sister passed away.
Komen Foundation emphasizes that it needs donations to provide health education and fund breast cancer research.
