Cryptocurrency company Strike has gone beyond the US market and started to provide services globally.
According to the statement made by Strike founder Jack Mallers, it is now available from 36 countries other than the USA via the Strike application. Bitcoin can be purchased.
Mallers said, “We are introducing a much-anticipated feature that Bitcoiners around the world have been requesting for years. Strike users around the world can now experience how easy it is to buy Bitcoin through our platform.” said.
The company aims to increase the number of supported countries to more than 65 in the near future.
Strike users in the US can purchase Bitcoin without paying any transaction fees. But for other countries A transaction fee of 3.9% will be.
Mallers said that they wanted to reduce this rate over time, but even this was more affordable than Strike’s competitors.
Strike also announced that it has partnered with Bitrefill, allowing users to use their fiat, USDT or Bitcoin over the Lightning Network to make daily purchases.
