Binance Futures to List a New Altcoin with 50x Leverage

Binance Futuresannounced the launch of the USDⓈ-M KAS perpetual contract, which will be available for trading starting at 05:00 on 2023-11-17. The contract will provide investors with the opportunity to maximize their profits by offering up to 50x leverage.

Following the listing news, Kaspa (KAS) rose by 23%. At the time of writing this article, Kaspa coin was trading at $0.1351.

According to Binance Futures, the maximum funding rate of the KASUSDT Perpetual Contract at launch is +2.00% / -2.00%. The funding fee payment frequency is every four hours.

It is important to note that Binance may adjust the features of the KASUSDT Perpetual Contract from time to time depending on market risk conditions.

These adjustments may include funding fee, tick size, maximum leverage, initial margin, and maintenance margin requirements.

The Multiple Asset Mode feature allows users to buy and sell the KASUSDT Perpetual Contract across multiple collateral assets, subject to applicable coefficients.

For example, when Multi-Asset Mode is enabled, users can use BTC as collateral when trading on the KASUSDT Perpetual Contract.
