Binance Futures to Launch USDⓈ-M OM Perpetual Contract with Up to 50x Leverage
This new contract is scheduled to be released on February 13, 2024 at 17:00 and promises users advanced trading opportunities with up to 50x leverage.
Key Features of the OMUSDT Permanent Contract:
Lever: Investors will have the flexibility to grow their positions with up to 50x leverage, resulting in greater potential return on investment.
Funding Rate: At launch, the maximum funding rate for the OMUSDT Perpetual Contract will be capped at +2.00% / -2.00%. This rate determines the cost of holding a position and is calculated every four hours.
Maker Fee Discounts: Qualifying USDⓈ margin futures liquidity providers will benefit from maker fee discounts of 0.005% for trades executed on the OMUSDT Perpetual Contract.
These discounts will be valid for approximately 14 to 15 days following the contract launch.
Adjustable Features: Binance reserves the right to adjust various aspects of the OMUSDT Perpetual Contract, including funding fee, tick size, maximum leverage, initial margin, and maintenance margin requirements, based on current market risk conditions.
Multi-Entity Mode: Using Multi-Asset Mode, users can trade the OMUSDT Perpetual Contract and use multiple collateral assets, subject to applicable collateral deductions.
For example, investors can use BTC as collateral when participating in OMUSDT Perpetual Contract transactions.
