Bill Gates sells all his assets, including Microsoft!
Bill Gates announced yesterday that he and his ex-wife Melinda French Gates founded and managed the charitable foundation (Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation) said he would sell everything he owned one by one to increase his budget and do larger projects.
He even said that he would take it one step further and sell not only well-known companies such as Microsoft, but also houses and land that he bought for investment purposes. Of course, he will not dispose of them all in one day. However, he said that he would transfer these amounts to the foundation as he turned them into cash.

He also said that while he is currently the 7th richest person in the world with a fortune of 103 billion dollars, including company shares and investments, he will be removed from all lists in the near future, because his assets will no longer belong to him, but to the foundation.
Of course, he and his ex-wife will head the foundation, which manages more than a hundred billion dollars in capital. However, he will not be able to leave it to anyone by inheritance. So even though he will be able to control this money for a while, it will not really belong to him.
When we look at the Microsoft sale, no official steps have been taken yet. However, when we make a compilation over the instant value of the company, we can say that 2.8 percent of its shares will find buyers for 47.6 billion dollars (roughly 50 billion dollars).
