In the research, which was carried out with more than 50 thousand participants and 995 automobile models belonging to 43 brands were examined, remarkable results were achieved. In the Complaintvar study, which was based on the data of the last 6 months, the questions asked to the participants were In the range of 0-10 points was asked to vote. The questions asked to the participants are general satisfaction, price and performance, design, comfort, accessories and electronics, performance and consumption, authorized service, satisfaction and advice, fuel consumptionsecond-hand sales and second-hand value.

According to the experiences of the individuals surveyed, the cars that satisfied the consumers the most were those with electric or hybrid engines.
