The Ministry of National Education, which plans to minimize the injuries that may occur in possible accidents by giving drivers the habit of seat belts, imposes an obligation to provide simulation training to the driving courses in this regard. “Regardless of certificate class and before starting the steering training, driver candidates are subjected to seat belt simulation training in order to make all driver candidates get the habit of wearing seat belts, to give them practical information about the consequences of not wearing a seat belt, and to explain the importance of using seat belts.”

Accordingly, those who obtained the certificate of inspector before 2013 and who are still working as public personnel are obliged to receive in-service training within 6 months. These people will be able to take part in the application and commission of the driving training course exam only in this way.
