Athens Stock Exchange on the up – Which Greek stocks are recommended by analysts

Athens In the past, Greek shares have often given their owners nice profits, but at times also severe losses – up to the total loss of the share certificates of the Hellas banks during the Greek debt crisis. At the moment, however, the Athens Stock Exchange is coming back into the focus of investors. Since the beginning of the year, the leading index Athex Composite has increased by 16 percent.

After this strong start to the current year, analysts are expecting a technical correction in the near future. However, prices should continue to rise after a setback. Not only Greek analysts expect that. International investment banks such as Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs also recommend buying Greek stocks.
