Aselsan, which has made a name for itself in Turkey’s domestic defense industry, has achieved another success. According to the post on the official Twitter (X) account, an Intelligent Transportation Systems (AUS) agreement was signed with an unnamed country. In the post, it was stated that Aselsan demonstrated its success in the military field as well in the civilian field. The agreement price was also included. The company made an agreement with the unnamed country with a total value of 58 million 887 thousand 692 US dollars. The project, whose full scope has not yet been specified, is mostly related to the public transportation infrastructure of the relevant country.

Aselsan, which has been on the agenda for a while with its projects in the military field, actually carries out many civilian projects. With this agreement made with Ankara EGO General Directorate, new generation power units were produced for ANKARAY vehicles. In addition, there is a local and national Aselsan Cobalt signaling system in the Gayrettepe – Istanbul Airport and Halkalı – Istanbul Airport subways, which are in active service today.
