Tech giant Apple kept its promise a year ago to prevent confusion and restore order. The company has completed migrating iCloud Documents and Data to iCloud Drive after almost 12 months. iCloud documents and data were automatically syncing between different apps.
Apple also made the following statement on the subject:
“If you used iCloud Documents and Data service, you need to turn on iCloud Drive to see your files. When you switch to iCloud Drive, the amount of storage your saved files use in iCloud doesn’t change.“
The technology company announced to Apple users that the old iCloud Documents and Data service was discontinued and replaced with iCloud Drive. In addition, in his statement on the subject, he stated that if users do not see their files, they should activate the iCloud Drive software.
To enable iCloud Drive on iPhone devices, you can follow these steps;
