Speaking on Steve-O’s Wild Ride podcast, Wozniak explained that he doesn’t like to follow the price action of an asset, be it stocks or crypto. The investor, who started his speech by sharing his Bitcoin investment experience, said that he bought BTC out of curiosity.

“I initially bought a bunch of Bitcoins to see how it played out with this new thing. How to make an online purchase? I discovered this. And in other countries some things, How can you buy things like donuts? How can you find an ATM that works on your Bitcoin? “

Saying that he wants to try and learn all of them, the Apple co-founder talked about the development of his investment adventure:

“And then Bitcoin went up a lot. So I got scared and sold all my Bitcoins except one Bitcoin. My goal is to have enough to play and try, not to make money.”

Wozniak’s Bitcoin prediction

Apple co-founder Wozniak also made a prediction about Bitcoin and said that he expects the BTC price to rise even higher and reach six digits:

“Recently, I think Bitcoin is going to hundred thousand. I don’t know where I got this feeling. There is no math behind the beun. I really feel that way just because of all the attention around cryptocurrency.

Bitcoin, which has experienced a decrease of about 2 percent in the last 24 hours, is trading at $ 38,522 at the time of writing.

Wozniak also revealed that he had “put a lot of money” in an online wallet on the Nasdaq-listed crypto exchange Coinbase, and talked about his investments:

“For the most part, he stands where he stands now. It went up a lot, doubled, and then halved again.”

Wozniak concluded by saying that although he believes in Bitcoin’s growth potential, he does not share the same view for altcoins and non-fungible tokens (NFTs):

“The number of people getting scammed in crypto and NFTs is horrendous. Bitcoin is stable and secure… According to conservative thinking, you choose the big ones because you know they will be around for a long time.”
