One of the world’s most popular NFT collections Bored Ape Yacht Club’s and of ApeCoin founding company Yuga Labs has released a teaser trailer for their new project called Otherside.

The shared trailer does not specify exactly what the Otherside project is, but considering the recent posts and ApeCoin’s release announcement this week, Otherside is thought to focus on “culture, gaming and commerce”. In the tweet where the trailer was shared, it was also stated that ApeCoin would be used in the project.
ApeCoin founder Yuga Labs was known to be working on a game-oriented virtual world compatible with other popular NFTs.
The shared teaser trailer also featured examples from other NFT collections such as Mutant Apes, CryptoPunks, and Meebits.
The Meebits NFT collection came to the fore with an intellectual property agreement between Yuga Labs and Cryptopunks and Meebits founder Larva Labs.

On March 16, nWay, a subsidiary of Animoca Brands, shared with its followers that they are working on a new “play-to-win” game with Bored Ape Yacht Club.
It is not clear whether the last shared project trailer is directly related to this game. However, Animoca founder Yat Siu sits on the board of the ApeCoin-linked DAO.
